Purchasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations and ensure cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best terms.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast supply needs.
• Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and contract agreements.
• Resolve supplier issues and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing best practices, market trends, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
