Purchase Manager

As a Purchase Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of products for our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the overall purchasing process. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee procurement plans, policies, and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulations.

- Source and identify reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contracts for products.

- Monitor market trends and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods.

- Collaborate with internal teams to determine product needs and maintain adequate inventory levels.

- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track and improve purchasing efficiency and cost savings.

- Manage a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies to achieve cost savings.

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
