Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier performance and resolve issues or disputes to maintain positive supplier relationships.
  • Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in procurement operations.
  • Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement to ensure competitive advantage for the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
