Job Description:

As a Purchase Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of products for our company. You will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, building strong supplier relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end purchasing process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a capable and driven professional to step into a leadership role and contribute significantly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with reliable suppliers while negotiating competitive pricing and favourable contract terms for required products.

Maintain and update purchasing records, reports, and price lists

Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and schedule purchases

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar role

Excellent communication and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to establish and foster connections with suppliers.

Excellent proficiency in English and communication skills. 

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
