Job Description

The Property Valuation Inspector is responsible for conducting detailed inspections and assessments of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to determine their market value. This role involves site visits, reviewing property documentation, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with RERA and other UAE regulatory standards. The inspector plays a key role in supporting financial institutions, real estate firms, and regulatory bodies with accurate, reliable valuation insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting on-site property inspections to assess condition, location, size, and other influencing factors on value.

  • Gathering relevant market data and analyzing trends to support accurate property appraisals.

  • Reviewing property documentation including title deeds, plans, and permits in line with UAE land and property regulations.

  • Preparing comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS, RERA, and internal guidelines.

  • Coordinating with real estate agents, developers, and municipal authorities to verify property attributes and legal compliance.

  • Maintaining accurate records and photographic evidence to support valuation findings.

  • Advising clients or internal departments on potential risks, legal issues, or discrepancies found during inspection.

  • Ensuring compliance with UAE laws, particularly those enforced by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and local municipalities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in property inspection or valuation within the UAE.

  • Certification from RERA or RICS is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, valuation techniques, and local market trends.

  • Proficiency in preparing detailed technical reports using MS Office and valuation software.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus for dealing with local authorities.

  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel to various property locations.
