We manage premium properties in key locations such as Downtown, Business Bay, JBR, Marina, and Palm Jumeirah. Our focus is on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing returns for property owners.

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Property Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio of short-term rental units. If you have experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple short-term rental properties
✔ Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest check-ins
✔ Handle guest communication, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain a 5-star experience
✔ Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and service providers
✔ Monitor bookings, occupancy rates, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
✔ Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with holiday home regulations
✔ Build strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates and performance reports

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals in Dubai
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✅ Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment
✅ Knowledge of Dubai’s holiday home regulations is a plus
✅ Driver’s license and own car
