Property Consultant

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site position for a Property Consultant at PAD Properties in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients in both the Off-Plan and Secondary Market sectors, effectively communicating property options, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leveraging expertise in the real estate market.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer service role.
• Proven success in selling both off-plan and secondary market properties within the Dubai market.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including key areas and luxury property trends.
• Proficient in marketing properties through various channels, including online portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software for managing leads, tracking sales, and maintaining client relationships.
• Skilled in conducting property viewings, presenting properties effectively, and addressing client queries professionally.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations, particularly Trakheesi, ensuring compliance with Dubai's real estate laws.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a genuine passion for real estate.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Availability to start immediately.

Note: This role is structured on a commission basis.
