Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Property Consultant to join our team as a Property Consultant , you will be responsible for understanding clients real estate needs , conducting market research , and facilitating property transactions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert advice on property pricing , market trends and investment opportunities.
- Guide clients through the property buying or selling process , ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Meet and Exceed Sales targets through effective networking and lead generation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent
- Strong understanding of the Local Real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
- Minimun 1 year experience in Dubai real estate .
