Job Description
The Property Consultant is responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of properties on behalf of clients. They will assess client needs, conduct property viewings, and negotiate contracts. The Property Consultant will also stay updated with market trends and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and preferences to identify suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide information on features and amenities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and changes in property laws and regulations.
- Research and compile property listings for marketing purposes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
- Prepare and present comparative market analysis to support pricing recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid real estate license.
- Previous experience as a property consultant or realtor.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
