Property Consultant
Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for real estate? We're looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents and Leasing Executives like you to join our team! Led by a British management team with over 20 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, we offer a collaborative environment with unlimited earning potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct market research
- Assist clients with pricing and marketing strategies
- Conduct property showings and facilitate transactions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market changes
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of proven real estate experience
· Expertise in Off-Plan and Secondary markets
· Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred
· Excellent communication skills
· Valid driving license (owning a car is an advantage)
· Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
· RERA broker card (Not Mandatory)
· Professional demeanor and strong character
