Property Advisor

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Property Advisor to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across the UAE. This role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding the real estate market and property options.

• Source and list residential and commercial properties for sale or lease.

• Conduct property viewings and negotiations with clients.

• Provide investment advice based on market research and client goals.

• Maintain updated property listings and CRM records.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and administrative teams for transaction support.

• Build and maintain a strong client network and referral base.

• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

• Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.

• Stay informed on real estate trends and competitive developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

• RERA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.

• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
