Project Engineer (Dubai Municipality Certified )

Dinamica Interiors LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with strong project management capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be Dubai Municipality (DM) certified, have UAE fit-out experience (2-5 years), and possess a strong background in managing high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical work programs and schedules that align with project deadlines.

• Supervise and lead the fit-out team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Prepare and assist in the submission of:

• Project drawings and designs.

• Cost estimates and material procurement plans.

• Work permits, authority approvals, and technical reports.

• Close-out documents.

• Ensure strict compliance with quality assurance and safety regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments and resolve on-site challenges effectively.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Compile and present reports to management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Certification – Mandatory.

• 2-5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.

• Valid UAE driver’s license (MUST).
