Production Associate Operator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate Operator to support daily production activities in our UAE facility. The role involves operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring product quality while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Monitor production lines for efficiency, safety, and product quality

• Perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment

• Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards as per UAE industrial regulations

• Assist with material loading, packaging, labeling, and palletizing of finished goods

• Report any production issues or deviations to the shift supervisor promptly

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain compliance with product standards

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production area

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs

  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field

• 1–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations

• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and production documentation

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting loads

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed

• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage
