Product Training Manager

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Product Training Manager to design and deliver training programs that enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities across our UAE team. The role focuses on aligning training initiatives with business goals to ensure product excellence and improved customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive product training programs for internal teams.

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill and knowledge gaps.

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to stay updated on offerings.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.

• Maintain updated training materials, manuals, and product guides.

• Support new product launches with targeted training campaigns.

• Track participation, performance, and feedback from training attendees.

• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales and customer service teams.

• Ensure all product training aligns with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product training or sales enablement.

• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Experience in product lifecycle management and technical content development.

• Proficiency in using LMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

• Experience in the UAE or GCC market preferred.
