Product Specialist - Medical Devices

The Product Specialist – Medical Devices is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and supporting the sales of medical equipment and devices across healthcare institutions in the UAE. This role involves building strong relationships with medical professionals, delivering in-depth product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with the sales and technical teams, the specialist acts as a key point of contact for product education, market feedback, and after-sales support in a competitive and regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting and demonstrating medical devices to healthcare professionals across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

• Conducting product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for end users and internal teams.

• Supporting sales efforts by providing detailed technical knowledge and addressing product-related queries.

• Collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue targets and identify new business opportunities.

• Assisting in tenders, quotations, and documentation required for medical product procurement processes.

• Providing post-sale support, including troubleshooting, usage guidance, and coordinating with service teams.

• Collecting market intelligence and competitor insights to support marketing and product strategy.

• Ensuring all promotional and training activities comply with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related medical/technical field.

• 2–4 years of experience in sales or product support for medical devices within the UAE healthcare sector.

• Strong technical understanding of medical equipment and its applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with UAE healthcare procurement processes, MOH/DOH/DHA requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites across the region.
