Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we maintain our high standards by sourcing the best products and services at the most cost-effective prices.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine procurement needs for various projects and initiatives

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts for goods and services

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products

- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs

- Perform risk assessments and implement contingency plans to mitigate any potential disruptions in the supply chain

- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations

- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make strategic decisions

- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to explore new opportunities to improve procurement processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and industry trends

- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
