Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Procurement cum Marketing Specialist with experience in clinic operations and knowledge of the Fracto System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, managing marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth operations for our clinic's product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers for clinic products, equipment, and services.
  • Procurement Process: Handle the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage clinic inventory levels, ensuring that essential medical supplies and equipment are always in stock.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and ensure procurement costs align with financial targets and overall clinic budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured goods meet clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote clinic services and products, focusing on building brand awareness and patient acquisition.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the clinic's online presence, including social media, website updates, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and events to drive patient engagement and revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and patient preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborations: Work with other healthcare professionals, vendors, and partners to promote the clinic’s services through joint campaigns or partnerships.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Fracto System Knowledge: Use the Fracto System for procurement, inventory management, and workflow optimization. Provide insights and updates on the system’s integration with other clinic management tools.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize the Fracto System to analyze procurement data, monitor inventory trends, and generate marketing reports for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement and marketing, preferably within a healthcare or clinic environment.
  • Experience using the Fracto System or similar healthcare management software.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies for a healthcare business.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with clinic operations and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience in healthcare product marketing and patient acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM and clinic management software.
