Principal Solutions Architect - Cyber Security

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Solutions Architect - Cyber Security to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge security solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a key technical advisor, working closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to develop robust cybersecurity architectures that address evolving threats and regulatory requirements. This role requires deep expertise in security frameworks, cloud security, threat management, and emerging cybersecurity technologies. The Principal Solutions Architect will play a critical role in driving innovation, improving security posture, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity architectures and frameworks for enterprise environments

• collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and propose tailored security solutions

• lead the design and integration of security controls across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures

• provide strategic guidance on security best practices, risk management, and compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)

• evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and recommend solutions to enhance threat detection, prevention, and response capabilities

• oversee security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response strategies

• support pre-sales and technical engagements by designing security solutions that align with customer needs and business goals

• develop technical documentation, whitepapers, and security policies to support implementation and governance

• mentor and guide junior security architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

• act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on cybersecurity trends, risks, and mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field

• minimum 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, or related roles

• strong expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), network security, and application security

• deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management methodologies

• experience with security tools such as SIEM, IAM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies

• hands-on experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat intelligence

• excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or AWS Security Specialty are highly preferred

• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
