Principal Engineer - Offshore Structural

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer - Offshore Structural to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of offshore structural engineers in the design and analysis of offshore structures.
• Develop and implement solutions for structural integrity, reliability, and performance of offshore platforms, jackets, and other structures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on structural design, including materials selection, fabrication, and construction methods.
• Conduct structural assessments and inspections to identify potential weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and approve structural engineering drawings, reports, and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and standards related to offshore structural engineering.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to address project requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore structural design and engineering
• Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as API, AISC, and ISO
• Strong leadership and project management skills
