Presales Engineer

As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise to potential clients during the pre-sales process. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and demonstrating how the company's products or services can meet these needs. You will also collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions, develop proposals, and address any technical concerns that arise. Additionally, you will assist in product demonstrations, participate in product training sessions, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is typically required for this position.

• Evaluate customer network architecture and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Create and deliver technical workshops to educate customers on product features and integration.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and internal technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide valuable insights during the presales process.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in a technical pre-sales or sales engineering role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and software solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect will be an added advantage.
