Planning and Operations Manager

We are hiring a Planning and Operations Manager to streamline operational workflows and drive process excellence across departments in our UAE operations. This role ensures efficient resource planning, timely execution of business activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and performance tracking across business units.

• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.

• Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.

• Analyze workflow bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare operational reports for senior management.

• Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and logistics coordination.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or Engineering.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations or planning roles.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain, production planning, and business processes.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and project management tools.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
