Pharmacy Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of pharmaceuticals and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order medications as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
