Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accuracy of medication orders. The Pharmacist will also collaborate with healthcare providers to offer patient consultations, perform medication therapy management, and monitor drug interactions. Additionally, the Pharmacist will be accountable for maintaining inventory levels, adhering to regulatory guidelines, and educating patients on proper medication usage. The successful candidate must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, hold a valid pharmacist license, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescription medications to patients and ensuring the accuracy of dosage and instructions.

• Compounding medications to meet specific patient needs.
• Monitoring patients' health and progress to ensure the effectiveness of their medications.
• Providing immunizations and other pharmaceutical services.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Educating patients and the public about various health conditions and medications.
• Participating in drug therapy management and medication reconciliation programs.
• Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the practice of pharmacy.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D or B.Pharm)
• State licensure as a pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
