Personal Trainer

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will design personalized workout programs, motivate clients, and promote safe, effective training methods tailored to individual fitness goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized training plans for clients

• Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, or weight management

• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety during workouts

• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to achieve optimal results

• Provide guidance on nutrition, wellness, and healthy lifestyle habits

• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment, including equipment hygiene

• Motivate and inspire clients to remain committed to their fitness journey

• Keep accurate records of sessions, schedules, and progress reports

• Stay current with fitness trends, certifications, and UAE health regulations

• Support marketing efforts and participate in fitness challenges, workshops, or events

  
  

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent recognized body)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach

• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and build trust

• CPR/First Aid certification is required

• Physically fit and capable of demonstrating a wide range of exercises

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage

• Previous experience working with diverse clientele in the UAE or GCC preferred
