Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in paid media strategies, conversion optimization, and data analytics to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and video content.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to measure campaign success.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to achieve maximum performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and remarketing strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
