Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is crucial to driving lead generation through paid media channels such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant channels to generate leads.
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, cost-per-click, lead conversion rates, and ROI, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum results.
  • Lead Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and help improve conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to identify what drives the best results.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform changes to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets to maximize lead generation while maintaining a strong ROI.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports to share insights, results, and recommendations with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling ad copies and oversee creative design.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate or investment industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
