A Pediatrician is a medical doctor who specializes in the treatment of infants, children, and adolescents. They diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health concerns specific to pediatric patients. Pediatricians also provide preventative care, immunizations, and guidance on nutrition and development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric health issues
• Provide routine physical exams and vaccinations
• Monitor and track patients' growth and development

Candidate Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Residency training in pediatrics
• Board certification in pediatrics
• Valid medical license
