Patient Relations Executive

We are looking for a compassionate and service-oriented Patient Relations Executive to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients. This role involves handling patient inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure timely care and services.
• Handle patient complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Educate patients about hospital policies, procedures, and available healthcare services.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in organizing healthcare awareness programs and patient engagement activities.
• Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction surveys, providing reports and recommendations for service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and patient care services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical staff effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities with a patient-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with empathy and professionalism.
