Pastry Chef

We are looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to lead our bakery and dessert section. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and pastry arts, the ability to create innovative and delicious desserts, and experience working in a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts.
• Design and create custom cakes, tarts, and plated desserts with artistic presentation.
• Develop new recipes while maintaining consistency and high-quality standards.
• Ensure all baked goods are prepared, decorated, and served on time.
• Monitor inventory, ingredient quality, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and specialty items.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Dessert Specialist in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Creativity in cake decoration, chocolate work, and plated desserts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for presentation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
