Job Description

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling automotive parts to customers, dealerships, and businesses. Your primary duties will include identifying customer needs, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets. Additionally, you will handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends. A proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients purchasing parts for their vehicles.
  • Actively promote and sell parts and accessories to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice on parts compatibility and installation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts sales.
  • Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts orders for vehicle repairs.
  • Keep updated on new products and industry trends to recommend appropriate parts to customers.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and inventory status as required.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage return business.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in automotive parts sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
