Partnerships and Investments Manager

The Partnerships and Investments Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic partnerships and investment opportunities that support the organization’s growth objectives. Operating within the UAE business ecosystem, this role collaborates with internal stakeholders, potential partners, and investors to drive value creation, oversee due diligence, and structure commercially viable agreements. The role demands strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and market awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating potential partnership and investment opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

• Conducting thorough market research and financial analysis to assess business viability and ROI.

• Leading due diligence processes and coordinating with legal, financial, and operational teams.

• Negotiating terms, structuring deals, and drafting agreements in collaboration with legal counsel.

• Developing long-term relationships with investors, startups, and strategic partners across various industries.

• Monitoring the performance of partnerships and investment portfolios, providing regular reports to leadership.

• Supporting fundraising activities and engaging with VCs, PE firms, and institutional investors.

• Staying abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the UAE.

• Preparing business cases, investment proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, strategy, operations, and executive teams on project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

• 6–8 years of experience in investment management, corporate strategy, or business development, preferably within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of investment evaluation techniques, financial modeling, and due diligence procedures.

• Proven track record of closing successful partnerships or investment deals.

• Familiarity with the UAE’s regulatory and business environment, including free zones and investment laws.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High analytical ability with attention to financial and operational detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
