Epoxy Painters play a critical role in enhancing the appearance and protecting the surfaces of buildings, structures, and other surfaces. They prepare surfaces by removing old paint, repairing damages, and applying primers. Painters mix and apply paint using various techniques to achieve the desired finish. They work in diverse settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial spaces, and may use different types of paints and coatings depending on the project requirements.

Responsibilities

practical hands on experience of Epoxy paint apply and usage /surface Concrete Polishing/ with good knowledge of Electrical DB and Gypsum Partition and False Ceiling

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and filling cracks and holes.

Remove old paint and varnish using scrapers, sandblasters, or chemical solvents.

Select and mix paint colors to match specifications.

Apply primers as needed to ensure proper adhesion of paint.

Use brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply paint evenly and efficiently.

Apply multiple coats of paint to achieve the desired finish.

Follow safety protocols to protect themselves and others..

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in automotive painting is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automobile painter or in a similar role.

Skills:

Proficiency in using spray guns, paint mixers, and other painting tools.

Strong understanding of vehicle painting techniques and materials.

Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
