Pad Printing Operator

As a Pad Printing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining pad printing machines to transfer designs onto various surfaces, such as plastic, glass, or metal. Your main duties include setting up printing equipment, preparing printing plates, mixing and applying ink, inspecting printed materials, and troubleshooting equipment issues. You should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, following safety procedures and maintaining production quality are important aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate pad printing machines according to production requirements.
• Prepare printing plates and adjust machine settings to achieve desired print quality.
• Mix and apply ink to printing pads and transfer designs onto various surfaces.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory of printing supplies and order replacements when needed.
• Adhere to established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production and meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Pad Printing Operator or in a similar printing role.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of pad printing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual inspection abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
