Packing Supervisor

Job Description:

The Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packing activities in a warehouse or manufacturing facility. The supervisor ensures that packing operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company standards. This role involves coordinating with packing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring orders are packed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise packing staff and provide guidance and training as needed
• Coordinate packing schedules and prioritize orders
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with procurement team for restocking
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and in compliance with quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area
