Job Description
The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales revenue through direct customer engagement and relationship building. This role involves prospecting new clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Outdoor Sales Executive also provides market feedback and collaborates with internal teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
