Outbound Calls Specialist

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Follow designated scripts to provide information about offerings and answer customer inquiries
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or provide follow-up information as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all conversations and customer interactions
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback
• Handle objections and concerns effectively to encourage interest and engagement from customers
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding communication and customer interactions
