Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Developer

The Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle HRMS solutions to support the organization's HR and payroll processes. They will collaborate with HR and IT teams to define requirements and specifications, customize Oracle HRMS modules, and integrate HRMS with other systems. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve HRMS issues, conduct system testing, and provide end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Oracle HRMS modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and data conversions using PL/SQL and Oracle Forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define HRMS requirements and specifications.
• Integrate Oracle HRMS with other systems, such as payroll and timekeeping applications.
• Perform system testing, including writing test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HRMS functionality and integration.
• Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions on Oracle HRMS modules.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
• Keep up-to-date with Oracle HRMS releases, patches, and best practices.
• Participate in system upgrades and implementation projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Developer or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and XML Publisher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Certification in Oracle HRMS will be an advantage.
