Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and optimize business processes across various departments in the UAE. The role ensures efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily operations to achieve business goals.

• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

• Manage operational staff and coordinate across departments.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

• Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations.

• Develop operational strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management.

• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.

• Solve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

• Support business development initiatives and operational expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in an operational leadership role.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and business regulations.
