Job Description

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a company by coordinating between departments, managing schedules, and ensuring projects and tasks are executed smoothly. This role involves streamlining operational procedures, maintaining documentation, handling logistics, and assisting in planning and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, acting as a key liaison to ensure all operational functions are aligned and executed efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational systems and procedures.

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation relevant to operational processes.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support project timelines and requirements.

  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and track shipments or deliveries when applicable.

  • Support management in planning meetings, tracking KPIs, and preparing operational reports.

  • Address operational issues promptly and escalate matters when necessary.

  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and help identify areas for operational optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
