Online Merchandiser

We are looking for a detail-driven and creative Online Merchandiser to manage product presentation and digital merchandising strategies across our online platforms. Based in the UAE, the role focuses on optimizing product visibility, driving conversion, and ensuring an engaging customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, categorization, and visual merchandising across e-commerce platforms

• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO-friendly content

• Coordinate with buying, marketing, and creative teams to align product launches and campaigns

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, and site metrics to improve conversion rates

• Execute seasonal, promotional, and trend-based merchandising strategies

• Conduct regular audits of product pages and customer journeys to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Optimize site navigation and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities based on consumer behavior

• Collaborate on email, homepage, and promotional banner placements to support key products

• Track competitor activity and emerging e-commerce trends

• Provide regular reports on product performance, traffic, and customer engagement

• Support A/B testing and UX enhancements to increase online revenue

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in online merchandising or e-commerce, preferably in fashion, beauty, electronics, or FMCG

• Strong understanding of digital merchandising principles and customer behavior

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and merchandising tools

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent written and visual communication abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

• UAE experience or GCC e-commerce exposure preferred
