Odoo Specialist

Position Overview:

GW Products USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo ECRM Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience in Odoo ERP and CRM systems, with a strong background in system customization, module development, and integration. This role requires a proactive professional who can optimize and enhance our business processes through effective Odoo ECRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP and CRM modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy new functionalities and modules within the Odoo framework.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training on Odoo systems.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business workflows and automation.
• Ensure system security, performance optimization, and regular updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and CRM.
• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and APIs.
• Knowledge of business processes related to sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
• Familiarity with Linux-based servers and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, or enterprise versions of Odoo.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for Odoo frontend development.
• Experience in workflow automation and third-party integrations.
