Odoo Implementation Specialist

An Odoo Implementation Specialist is responsible for deploying, configuring, and customizing Odoo ERP solutions to meet business needs. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their requirements, implement tailored solutions, and provide training and support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Odoo modules, business process optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless ERP implementation.

Responsibilities:

• analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo ERP solutions

• configure and customize Odoo modules based on client needs

• provide end-to-end Odoo implementation, including setup, migration, and integration with third-party applications

• conduct user training and support teams during system adoption

• develop and modify workflows, reports, and dashboards to improve business efficiency

• troubleshoot technical and functional issues and ensure system stability

• collaborate with developers to enhance and customize Odoo functionalities

• test system performance and provide recommendations for improvements

• document configurations, customizations, and implementation processes

• stay updated with Odoo's latest features, modules, and best practices

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field

• minimum 3-5 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization

• proficiency in Odoo modules, including CRM, accounting, inventory, sales, HR, and manufacturing

• experience with Python and Odoo framework for customization

• knowledge of database management, API integrations, and web technologies

• strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize business workflows

• excellent communication and training skills to assist end-users

• ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines

• knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices

• experience with cloud-based and on-premise Odoo deployments is a plus
