Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. The ideal candidate will work with individuals of all ages to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Design and implement therapy programs to improve patients' daily living and working skills.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for better functionality.
• Use therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment, and assistive technologies to aid recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide guidance on home and workplace modifications to improve accessibility and independence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid occupational therapy license or certification as per local regulations.
• Experience working with patients in a clinical, hospital, or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques, assistive devices, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with individuals of all ages, from children to the elderly.
