Nephrologist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nephrologist to diagnose and treat kidney-related disorders and conditions. The ideal candidate will specialize in kidney care, dialysis, and kidney transplantation while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic kidney diseases, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances.
• Manage dialysis treatments (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis) for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
• Assess patients for kidney transplant eligibility and coordinate pre- and post-transplant care.
• Perform kidney biopsies and other specialized procedures when required.
• Work collaboratively with primary care physicians, urologists, and other specialists to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients about preventative kidney care, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in nephrology, including research and new treatment modalities.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Nephrology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Dubai.
• Extensive experience in nephrology, dialysis, and renal care.
• Strong understanding of hypertension management and kidney transplant procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure medical environments and make critical decisions.
