Native Ads Media Buyer

We are a fast-growing e-Commerce company based in Dubai, specializing in managing online stores and promoting products through native advertising. We are looking for a skilled Native Ads Campaign Manager to handle our campaigns from creation to optimization, including managing the creative aspects.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage native ad campaigns across various platforms.
• Design and optimize ad creatives to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics (click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and engaging visuals that capture the target audience's attention.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective approaches and optimize return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing native ad campaigns.
• Strong creative skills in ad design and content creation (visuals, videos, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and use analytics tools to improve campaign performance.
• A creative mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, international team environment.
