Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices
- Install and update operating systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance on mobile devices
- Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on device usage and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with new mobile technologies and emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory of spare parts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support

Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Mobile Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mobile device hardware and software
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
