We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Application Support specialist to join our dynamic tech team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for mobile applications across various platforms. Key responsibilities include resolving user issues, performing testing and debugging, analyzing app performance, and collaborating with developers to enhance application functionality. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in mobile application development, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Additionally, a good understanding of mobile operating systems and experience with diagnostic tools is required. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users of mobile applications, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with mobile applications, including analyzing logs and identifying root causes.
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineers to resolve complex technical issues and bugs in the mobile applications.
  • Ensure timely updates and patches for mobile applications to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor application performance metrics and analyze usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize enhancement requests.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides, to assist users in resolving issues independently.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mobile application support to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and integrations in mobile applications.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to effectively use mobile applications and troubleshoot common problems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Relevant certification in mobile app development or support (e.g. Apple Certified Support Professional).
  • Strong understanding of mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for mobile app development, such as Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to provide technical support for mobile applications.
