Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser - FMCG to manage the in-store presence of our products, ensuring optimal visibility and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and will work closely with sales teams and retailers to maximize product placement, stock availability, and promotional execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute product displays to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked at all times.
• Work closely with retailers to secure prime shelf space and promotional displays.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product positioning and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and key retail partners.
• Ensure that all merchandising standards and brand guidelines are followed.
• Report on stock issues, consumer trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and product placement strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
