Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to develop MEP plans and schedules
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and materials for MEP systems
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect MEP installations and ensure they meet project requirements
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and provide solutions to keep the project on track
- Keep accurate records of all MEP coordination activities and communications
- Resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction
- Ensure that all MEP systems meet regulatory standards and codes
QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination on construction projects
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software used in MEP coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
