Job Description

As the MENA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability within the MENA market. You will identify and pursue potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop customized solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a high level of energy, creativity, and strategic thinking. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and the MENA region. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the MENA market and achieve revenue targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling

- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop customized solutions

- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities

- Create and deliver sales proposals and reports to management

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in market trends

- Travel within the MENA region to meet with clients and attend industry events and conferences.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer needs in the MENA region

- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

- Willingness to travel within the MENA region.
